COMPLAINTS

You have the right to complain about an item if it can be assumed to be a manufacturing defect on the item. Contact us within 14 days via the contact form under "Contact us". If it is a complaint due to a fault with the product or because we delivered the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping, while we primarily exchange the product for a new one, alternatively if the product is out of stock, we will refund what you have paid for the item.

 

RETURNS

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce.

You have the full right to change to another product or cancel your purchase within 14 days. Please contact us first via the contact form under "Contact Us" before returning your package for information on how to proceed. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping. We require that the item is unused and returned in original packaging with any original documents. Blister packs must not be opened. After we have received and checked the item, we will refund the value of the item to you. Should an item turn out to be used, or in an otherwise unacceptable condition when we have received the return, we reserve the right to reject the return. In such a case, the existing item is returned to the customer. Goods returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not accepted by us. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost.
